Why do GB Deplorables who supposedly served, know so little about the military?

Yea I fucked with you and owned up to it.

So back to the question, what aspects about the military have I lied about???

Is this like when you got schooled by me on your fake knowledge of American made motorcycles? You're a liar and not a very good one.

I never claimed to have any knowledge of American made mid-life crisis machines.

You're lying right now and you're not very good at it.

1. You only confessed because you didnt have a choice, thanks to my screenshot.

2. You didn't "fuck with me" - you lied. So, you're still not "owning up to it".

Again, no one should believe you re: your supposed military service - correct?

You mean the one that could be easily faked and that I shot down for a while until owning up to it??

Right.

2. You didn't "fuck with me" - you lied.

Those things are not mutually exclusive.

So, you're still not "owning up to it".

If that were the case I wouldn't have ever admitted anything and left you hanging there with your "faked" screen shot that nobody would buy because my post didn't have an edit time stamp.

You're just scrounging after bringing up something dumb that doesn't have any relevance to this thread or my question.

Again, no one should believe you re: your supposed military service - correct?

As long as that 3300 bucks hits the bank account every month I really don't give a shit if they do or not. :D

I'm just curious as to what biggs thinks I lied about.

How is it that so many of you whom have not served
seem to know everything there is to know about the military?

I have never served - officially.

But my father was a civilian in the military supply chain. I spent my childhood around military units and played with military hardware. I fired live ammunition from a tank's main armament, the coaxial machine gun, several anti-aircraft guns and was in a naval turret when they fired 14-inch shells.

Like many Middle-Eastern children today I have been under fire in a war zone hurriedly digging a foxhole to protect myself from artillery and machine guns.

Later I trained with my school's Australian Cadet Force that I couldn't join officially because I wasn't an Australian citizen. I learned how to use rifles, handguns, Owen sub-machine guns, Bren guns, assorted mortars and medium artillery.

Later I was also a civilian oficer in the military supply chain. I went to sea in submarimes. destroyers, MTBs and aircraft carriers. I was catapulted off an aircraft carrier in a two seat fighter. I had friends in the Royal Marines and went on exercises with them.

But I have never worn a military uniform. I had a courtesy rank that equates to Bird Colonel in the US army but that was meaningless except at mess dinners... In military terms I was outranked by the newest recruit even if I could operate military equipment he had never met.

Edited for PS: My father was offered a commission as a Roayl Navy Commander in 1945 to take part in Operation Olympic (the proposed invasion of Japan) but Japan surrendered before that became effective. He subsequently rose to the courtesy rank of NATO 4-star.
