When it comes to knowledge and experience, Biden's resume speaks for itself. His 80 print & TV interviews as VP candidate give the electorate an idea as to his current opinions and world view.

In contrast, Palin's resume provides no evidence of knowledge or experience when it comes to Lower 48 issues or foreign affairs. And since appearing in late August as a virtual unknown, she has provided scant opportunities for questioning by major networks and newspapers. The electorate has a right to judge her facility with complex issues, and opinions on the same. That's why people have been screaming about her relatively cloistered existence on the national stage.

Sarah Palin looks reporters right in the eye and demonstrates that she still doesn't understand the US Constitution. Period.

Presidents no matter who "are tested." No shit. There's an international crisis every year. If the president made decisions in the kind of egomaniacal vacuum that McCain probably would the world would have ended about ten times over. Fortunately there are cabinets and people who have the humility to use them.

The election cycle itself will test McCain, and he's going to fail.
