Why are Rachel Maddow's Ratings So Low?

MSNBC overall is not doing well either. Rachel is so smart, articulate and handsome, but 172,000 viewers is like less than 10% of the more popular cable news show.

Anyone have any insights? It would be an injustice if this talent's show was cancelled.

Because she hasn't done anything to keep the show fresh since it's started. I liked it for a while but then I gor bored.
Because she appeals to a demographic who'd rather read blogs and watch Youtube. Come think of it, she could probably get more views there.
