It means you "love killing people", and has nothing to do with your attitude about rape rooms. That attitude was made clear in the earlier sentence, "If Canada invaded the US... there'd be rape rooms GALORE...." You're not interested in vigilante justice against rapists, you're hoping that rape rooms get set up so you can get to kill something and be in "anger management heaven".

Rape is an act of violence, same as murdering invaders and laying bombs. Still, "sometimes a man's gotta play dirty", and in your scenario, "rape rooms GALORE" are a required part.

I have never "run away" from this argument. So you're not only stupid, but a liar too.
