Who's who?

Second, since I don't know much about any of you, I can't take a stab at who it is. Since I do like a good mystery especially after reading all of Teenage V's posts I have come to the conclusion that the postee or troll (as Cloudy had used) is neither man or woman. TV, also stands for transvestite, which is also the initials in the assailants ID, and also used in the poem. So does anyone know a tranvestite of those posting here on Literotica? Especially you Abs, since you were mentioned as the person who knew 'IT'.
Hi, Dingus Guy,
Firstly: thanks for reading all my posts. I'm honored.
Second: I'm no Tranny - though would see nothing wrong with that if I were.
Third: I've probably got less clue than any of you on here - being new - of who any 'troll' is. Personally, I ignore them. To react is to boost their warped ego. If everyone ignores them they are left to their own devices - and may even get a life of their own.

I'm certainly no 'troll', as I enjoy interacting with members honetly, using my one handle (Teenage Venus.), so new and old members know EXACTLY at any one time who they are dealing with - ie: A young, self-opinionated bitch, with a few scars and chips, looking for friendship, and to learn about life and people.
I sometimes play 'devil's advocate' for two reasons:
1/. Replies usually help me to re-assess my own opinions/views on something.
2/. Hopefully it helps others think too, and maybe clarify their own views.
I know this can result in some getting their panties in a twist. I see that as their problem, and that they need to loosen up a bit, and think why they are upset or angry. Others take me at face value, and either accept, humor, or ignore me. I prefer the first (and have met some very helpful, friendly, and understanding people on here, for which I am exceedingly grateful.) I accept the second, and for those in the third catagory - we are probably each better off for them doing so.

Dependent on how you take me, we may cross paths again - or have been two ships that passed in the night.

Well, I still don't see what the big deal is about posting under a second Lit persona. I don't find it especially confusing, as I don't seem to really care much. Persona or not, I answer whoever is posting when it moves me to do so. If I don't know that Jane is the same person as Dick, well, does it matter? Who is it confusing to, and why is it confusing?

The Shock Chick, April Fools prank was hilarious, and when she cums out of her shell, she's just as brilliant and beautiful as her ego.

Many people create an alter-ego, contrary to some beliefs, not to fuck with people's heads. Many are offered here. To write from a different pov, to be able to freely speak something without offending any fans, to create another place to house PM's you don't want to throw out, but don't want to cram your inbox either, and for me, to post straight or genre oriented poems or stories that diverge from the predominantly lesbian ones I post under this handle. Why? There are different fans for different stories, and not all straight fans care for lesbian, and not all lesbian fans care for straight.

So, I stick to my original sentiment: Why and how could anyone ever be confused, or care? The only care I have given this thread was the intrigue. Quite frankly the mystery stimulated me for a while.

The difference TV between those with alter-ego's and your experiment are thus:

Usually, those on the AH are forthright about their alter-ego. You were not, and the only thing this meant was what a disappointment that the mystery itself was false. I suddenly feel like an Agatha Christie fan :D

Well, my panties aren't in a twist, but I find your egocentric, somewhat mocking attitude towards the folks in the AH a bit insulting.

Who cares about people's additional Lit names? No one does - and in fact, we all already knew about many of them. Mind games and teasing can be fun.

But it wasn't a game of equal give and take you were playing. You tossed a bone for a few folks to fight over and then sat back and watched the fireworks. And then when you announced that it was all a joke about you being in actuality an AH regular, you seemed surprised at the annoyance that caused.

Of course you finished by saying - "Hey - that's the way it goes. If you don't like it, if you can't take a joke, I'm better off not knowing you."

What a strange, warped way to go through life.

P.S. Sounds like it's time to get another Lit name . . .

I think the keyword there is 'usually'.

My 'confusion' as a newbie was having one or more persons using more than one handle on the same thread to post replies. To those in the know it was not confusing. However, more than one 'regular' on here has been confused - and probably still is.

I understand and accept reasons for posting work under more than one pseudonym. Or using one of them on a particular thread. Using more than one on the same open thread can be confusing. When using one to be malicious, or cause aggro - as DOES happen - I think that is bad.

That it DOES/CAN cause confusion if you are not in the know was conclusively proved by my pretence for a short period at having another one. It was nice to see people giving out their own duplicities, and reasons. I'm sure more than myself was pleased.

Because of past experience, by nature I'm a little wary of double identities. I'm certain that none of those involved on the threads refered to had any intent of causing any harm or aggro.

I know that NOW because I know who they are. I was wary before because I didn't, and presume there are trolls on here - like most sites - that delight in using more than one handle to confuse. Whether that is in jest, or to cause conflict depends on the troll.

It is each individual's choice. Mine is to use one. My preference is that others do the same on any one thread. If others choose not to, so be it. I'm just an isolated member voicing an opinion. If it is a good or bad one, each individual will decide for themselves.

TV- whether you intended to or not, your little "prank" irritated the very people that had held out a hand to you in friendship. If you were that confused about the alter egos that are well known to the rest of us, all you had to do was ask, and someone would have told you what the deal was. I thought your way of expressing yourself was a little over the top.

No, my panties aren't in a twist, but I'm sure I, and others, won't be quite as forthcoming, and open-handed with you as we would have been had you not had so much fun at other's expense.

You women tease too much

I am sick of you lesbian/bi-sexual ladies teasing the men with your loose talk. If I was a Bush supporter I would have had this thread shut down by now.

Charlton Heston said it best in 'Planet of The Rapes' - "Damn you Teases to Hell!!!"

Sorry been on vacation with my parents too long and in the need to just run off into the bathroom and go at it with the baby oil bottle.

Anyway... Teenage Venus... I am not a hanger on to most threads, but this one actually was semi-amusing with the mystery and intrigue and all. I must have skipped the part where you said you really had only 1 identity here. Must have been after every one went nuts on your ass. I welcome you to the group, but I must say you probably would be better off just making everyone your friend than your enemy. Reach out with your heart and apologize for the ultimate in teasing. If you presented that with the warmth I know you have, then those most pissed at you, might be willing to look past this whole thing. Some might not, and that is their choice. In the end, you made a offering to the group. I must go back to watch the paint dry now, so be well.

GROUP HUG

I had no reason to believe you knew any more than you did the troll many were complaining about. It sure shows that I'm NOT the only one to get 'confused'. It did concern me that innocent people got hurt. That is frequently the result when people use two or more handles on a thread. (My whole point.)

If you can not accept the regrets I expressed and my reasons for doing what I did...
I'm sure I, and others, won't be quite as forthcoming, and open-handed with you as we would have been had you not had so much fun at other's expense.
Again, if you read, I neither did it for fun, nor gained any from it.

For someone that DIDN'T get your knickers in a twist, you sure seem to be making a meal of it.

If you and your friends are so upset, then I am sincerely sorry for you. Personally, I have more serious things to occupy my time with.

If you all wish to withdraw your hands of friendship over a bad joke, so be it. Sad, but.....

One sure thing: I felt justified at the time. I've apologised several times since, I'm certainly not going to grovel. I don't need friends that require that.

Those that want to be friends can, and I will be pleased to be their friend. Those that feel they can't, if they PM me, I will endevour never to comment on any thread they start, or read/comment/vote on any of their work. It may not appease them, it will save me treading on their toes again. If they do me the same courtesy, it should help towards things getting back to normal for them.

Thank you.

It was a bad joke.
I regret it.
I honestly felt justified at the time, and had no intention of causing grief.
I apologised more than once.
Those that accept that are worthy of friendship.
Those that can't, I feel have a problem.

If I had wanted to cause aggro or be a troll it would have been easy on here. I didn't. I don't.

I respect persons that can get their priorities right. Thanks for your welcome and providing a bit of perspective on the incident.

 :rose: :rose: :rose:

I hope that your having done so don't put you in the doghouse.
