This is purely a pipe dream right now, but since I'm newly replanted to the East Coast, I was thinking that it would be cool if we could have an E.C. get together. Maybe some of us who are a little farther away could arrange to get up here for a weekend or something. It might be a ridiculous idea, but it seems fun to even just think about it. The weather's incredibly nice today and is supposed to remain that way through most of April and the rest of May.

So who's on the East Coast, and who's potentially interested? Additionally, I know one or two people will be visiting over this way...maybe we could set it up around then?

Sounds good to me. Just a matter of plenty of advance planning so I can get the time away from here and to make sure it doesn't conflict with any of my usual get-aways. (I participate in RPGA gaming conventions every two-three months.)

The 3rd Saturday of each month is picnic day at my place. Y'all are welcome to come to me (since I can't come to you). It's a minimum security place, and the rec. area is fairly nice -- picnic tables (not shaded) and a basketball hoop (no net). You have to bring all the food, though.

Oh, and you gotta be fingerprinted to get in.

I like the idea and would like to try to come ... like everyone it would depend on when -- during the summer I drive or crew nearly every weekend but if I know enough in advance I may be able to change things around.

Everyone works (including me...FINALLY) and it's difficult to schedule a weekend or a day to get out of work.
