There can be very strong plot here, but only once you decide the core themes of the piece, and your slant. I can immediately see two ways this story could go:

1- This woman has been done wrong for years, and suffers from insecurity. Almost by accident, she discovers this power she has over men. (and women!) Her seeming innocence and sincerity are an aphrodisiac. The material gains she obtains from her union are secondary to the thrill she receives when others bend to her will. She now has worth in her own eyes. She matters. The more she gets, the more her self esteem grows. She never accepts money; to do that would lower her to the status of prostitute, something she will not countenance. She sees nothing wrong with a woman being sexually free, and benefiting from it. An outright payment seems crass.

What happens from here depends on your theme. Is she self delusional? Does her appeal have limits? How high can she go before she hits a wall, a person who says 'no' to her up-to-this-point irresistible charm? How far will she go to seduce this holdout? What happens if she wins? If she loses?

2- The woman cares for nothing and no one. No one she has met thus far is worth her respect except for her best friend. Even that relationship is a love/hate deal. Her best friend excels at everything. Our heroine needs nothing, but fucks for kicks. Her and girlfriend decide to live for an entire month without money, using their hot pussies as Coin of the Realm. They also have a checklist of people they must seduce. (Butcher, Baker & Candlestick Maker, perhaps?) Our heroine is poised to win, a first in her long list of crushing defeats by her friend/rival. However near the end of her campaign our POV heroine falls in love with the first man to say no to her. She desires a relationship but cannot imagine losing to her best friend yet again. Her desire to best her friend/rival wars with her honest love for this man. What does she do? Will she spurn happiness for the contest? Will she endure humiliation for love? Which outcome would be the 'winning' one for her?


There are an infinite amount of variations possible of course, but these two leaped out at me. Working title? "Barter is Better" perhaps ...

What do you consider 'A very long story?' How many words? I routinely hit 9,000 words, with 16,000 not uncommon.

Gee i dont know LOL. When reading stories on LIT i dont consider 'words' i consider LIT PAGES. Long i would class as 6 LIT pages or above. Very long i would say is 10 LIT pages or above.

I was thinking more on the lines that she would get everything she went after, but in the end find what she had been doing amounts to no more than prosititution.

We already been through the battle on word count, and I have no wish to rehash it.

I have spent the past month researching just how far I could go using sex or the promise of sex as a tool. Guys, I got to tell you...it great being a woman. But what it boils down to is prosititution, even if you don't have sex. Many women do it every day, and say they just want to look and feel pretty. Let's get real. It's sex.
