Other superheroes could be interesting

Anybody thought of doing a storyline based on DC heroes, like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and the rest of the JLA? This summer, I plan to start one, but RL concerns keep me from devoting the time to it that I would like to. Still, if someone would like to run it, you've got at least one avid fan/player!

Neal, I actualy did a JLA thread back in September of last year. It started out good, but burned out to fast with too many people joining and leaving. Also, at the time I was new to RPing so made some mistakes when it came to leading the thread. But I know that most of the people who were in that thread are still around other then two or three of them. So I'm sure it would do good if you give it a go.

Gotham City

I've been thinking about starting a thread (or maybe a few interweaving threads) based on the DC universe, probably in the Gotham City and Bludhaven (Nighthawks usual area of operation).

Possible likely Heroes would include Batman (no Robin, he's to young for lit!), Nightwing, Oracle, the Huntress, Black Canary, and a few others.

There are, of course, lots of villains - I'm having so much fun with the Joker in the Bada Bing club I guess I'll have to reprise that role again. Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Twoface, the Penguin... plenty of scope.

And all the 'supporting' characters - Albert Pennyworth, Com. Gordon, etc. (Which people could play to keep a part going when their main characters are otherwise 'down'.)

I would like to keep the involved characters away from the overly 'superpowered', however.

You could just say he's 18 in the thread. That's what we did with the Pokemon characters in that one thread. If that's cool, then I'd like to be Robin if you ever get that thread started.
