Smelly old sneakers (joggers/runners) & skankiest T-shirt?!?!
Did the usual routine this morning , all ready , set... to walk my daughter to school, went to get my sneakers off the windowsill & they were gone!
Searched the laundry & shoe closet before it dawned on me "I left them outside last night..they have been stolen!"
Put the blister magnet other shoes on to walk to school, came home to get the washing off the line & noticed a gap..... dang me! my skankiest, baggiest, oldest bed-T-shirt was gone!
Who would honestly want to 'lift' these???
I was due for a new pair of sneakers, inner sole lifting and all that.. the T-shirt wont be needed over the next few months as Summer is upon us in 2 days.....but really?!
Thing that freaks me the most, the window sill the shoes were on is just past the door into my home, which was unlocked all last nite! Guess I'd rather they take the shoes & shirt then enter my home, Yes?
I laugh now.. if someone needed shoes & a T-shirt that badly, then so be it. Anyway ...Anyone else had something similar to this happen to them that makes you wonder what sort of person they are.. (apart from a theif!) .. initial reaction anger but laugh later ??
