Not wearing a bra causes sagginess - I could post pics as evidence but well...those firemen would be working overtime. I used to wear my swimming bikini top everywhere - all the time - playing tennis, going to the shops, night at the opera....they were nice and firm and well....now they ain't. My simialarly endowed friends who wore sensible bras and warned me have had children and still don't sag as much (weeps). I am always nagging the girls at school who don't wear bras - tell them they'll end up looking like me. Funny, they suddenly start to wear them. LOL.
