I didn't know her last job was as Stanford's Provost. I didn't know she had administrative experience, I thought of her as an accademic & a think-tanker.

I thought she was harvards Provost till i read that bio. Got my ivy schools confused.


Agreed that her expertise is Russia/Soviet Union but people don't just stop learning about the world. You see so little of her in the news that I could not tell you what her abilities/opinions are on the state of the world now.

I did not vote cause I don't think either one would make such a great president.

I don't see Rice as a leader type politician and she has never held an elected office. I think she makes a perfect NS Advisor and could make a good Sec State even if her world view might be a bit dated.

I just don't really like Hillary that much. Smart woman and all good law proffesor from what I hear but I dont see her in that kind of a leader role either. That and if she was elected and did not have a serious dem majority in both the house and senate nothing would get done.
