Being at college sucks, I have to do my own laundry!
I usually wait 3 weeks before I do because I hate it so much.
I just shrunk about 7 perfectly good t-shirts this afternoon!
I will take ANY chore over this anyday!!!
I need someone to do my damn laundry, I miss my mom, but I feel sorry for her she has been donig my laundry my whole life she needs a break.

Who wants to do my laundry? You will be reimbursed.

When in doubt do four things

These four rules will get you through just about every menial task that you don't know much about.

Don't Complain!!!

Before college, in my younger years, I was at the point where I would HAND wash practically everything. (Our washer was always on the blitz, the laudromat too far and everything was always dirty). I'm from the islands, what can I say?

When I got here, it was like another world. The washers/dryers worked, but were (and still are) never available and I didn't know what do to. Always ask for help, (and you're a guy, it's more acceptable). Can you imagine being a young girl, with practically no clue to what to do? Embarassing, I can tell you.

Read the labels and separate clothes before you get the 'Mat.
'Scout' for the machines, it's like survivor out here somtimes,
Follow washer instructions (ALWAYS) and
Empty those pockets too, you won't believe where stains come from sometimes.

Also, wash new things separately at first, they may bleed and ruin all your other clothes. Trust me, I've experienced almost every disaster possible. I hate laundry! I don't even like to do mine and wouldn't do yours even if you paid me!!!

You should see the pile-up in my room right now.

Sounds like a problem with just not understanding, or taking the time to read the labels. Hint- Cotton Shrinks in hot water. If you read the lables, take care to use bleach only on whites (unless color safe), and make sure to check the water temp setting, you should be fine. As for doing your laundry, sorry, already have loads for 3 people, 2 dogs (washing the dogbeds), and 5 cats (beds and toys) on my To Do list today.
