Oh...oh well. When I had MSN as an ISP my IP was "dynamic"...I don't think that's the case anymore though as I switched to a new ISP for cost reasons.

I did have cable modem for a long time and I DO know what I'm missing. Perhaps some day again...It IS quite awful putting up with the slowness of dial up again...BUT...such is the necessity of the day for now.

I love hearing about life with your hubby and would LOVE to follow Veggie Skull around a gift shop...especially a second hand/antique shop...spying and laughing! What an image or two.

Yeah, I hear you about the ISP. There's a lot I don't do for cost reasons, too. Just different stuff than computer access. I don't miss it much. I think I am like you in one way, Poppy: we have such good imaginations that we have a great time with whatever is at hand, lol. We could probably entertain ourselves very well on desert island.

I can just picture Veggie Sull in that shop with a few dollars to spend! He'd be single-mindedly scouring the place for fresh vegetables, his passion, (especially the peppers!) and when he didn't find any, I'm sure he'd come floating out with some "vegetable eqivelents" only given the fact that skulls don't have much logic left under the bones, it might not make sense to us until he explained it.
