Who Leads?

I suppose the problem here is breaking the ice...

A MFM three-some has been set up. Now you're all together next to the bed ready for action but you'all keep looking at each other waiting for somebody to make the first real move.

MF are a couple, and know what pleases each other (and what the big attraction about MFM is to the other). The other M can be either a pickup, or a friend of one or both.

Should the picked-up guy just charge right in?

Should she start working on someone, and if so which one?

Should the first guy start giving directions to the pickup guy and/or his girl?

Before you say "what ever works", I'd like those of you who've done 3-ways to remember back and tell what happened. How exactly did the first kiss/lick/unbutton/fingering get started?

Started with my SO and I after a few drinks, and the other couple near us ... I was closer to the M then his F so, my SO just gave him a look a nod to say it was ok, and then I felt a third hand running over my skin.

a few weeks later we were all together again, but I was closer to the F, so I just reached over to kiss her.

another time before that, it was another guy I was with and we were talking about it for a while, and he mentioned it to a guy friend of his and he said sure why not ... so one day we just called him over, and told him the door was unlocked. By him showing up after an hour or so of my SO and I already fooling around, and then another little while of him watching, I couldn't take it anymore and grabbed his belt to pull him over.


My SO wants me to take the lead to show him that I'm ok with it. That he isn't forcing me to do it, and I don't have to if I don't want to... but then again I am more of the shy submissive one (if you can believe that... hehe) ... and it was sort of my idea but he followed through so again he leaves it up to me in the end just to double check that we are fine with the whole thing.

I must say the electricity/vibe must be in the room, its hard to get started to make that first move, but if everyone is just so ready then all it takes is a nod and a little guidance.
A glass of wine helps too... music, lighting... just relaxed and free... also, I don't know if this is part of it ... but its easier at night, then during the day ::shrug::

It hasn't happened since last year, we're talking about it again... maybe it'll change and I'll post again to say who gave the last "it is ok" this time.

Well I suppose you could adopt an arabic attitude, no, don't blow anything up, the other attitude. If I welcome you under my tent, then what I own is yours til morning. IE, If you're part of the MF established couple, let the guest start off.

If I was in a situation like that and about to have group sex I would not be afraid to be the first person to make the move. Probably to the person closest to me. Male, female doesn't matter.

I thought it'd be sooo easy, turns out the only thing easy about it seems to be me and that's just simply not true-- 'spose that could be why it was too weird for them...
