I'm U.P. Dammit!

Ok here it is. I’m me. I am the Unmasked Poet why do you think I’m someone else? I’m sure Redwave is Redwave. It’s the screen name I picked because Masked Poet was taken. I was born 11-15 01 I remember every detail…It was cold day, the kind of day where you pull your collar up around you to warm your soul. The kind of day when the sky is just an endless gray whisper stretching across a hungry naked city.

That’s when she walked in, “Masked Poet” was her name, I knew right away I wanted her. She had the kind of curves it would take a Ferrari to hold. We stood staring across cyberspace licking our lips like a couple of kids who had just finished sucking on a candy cane from the 5 and dime down on main street.
She knew what I wanted, and I knew what she needed.

We had that instant understanding that “knack for knowing” when another predator is in your territory. Yeah she was hot cat all right, I watched those silk covered legs stalk back and forth just following her with my eyes. Then there was the perfume that whiff of jasmine; with all that action she had all five of my senses working double time just trying to keep up.
She made a quick move for her hip and I thought about the gat in my pants.

What if, by tearing away the veils and masks, we tear apart the persona we all love so well (well some of us) on Lit? And it becomes a ghost of nothing.

It’s the screen name I picked because Masked Poet was taken.

Yes, my dear Unmasked gentleman, the name was "taken" but not officially registered until now. We showed up on the scene at the same time. Once you made your unmasked appearance, I sank back into the shadows. I've been lurking on the poetry board for two months, quietly observing and feeding on the crumbs of insanity I find here after the poets feast on the carcass of a once plump and lively thread.
But no longer will hide in the darkness! It is time I fed! I will ravenously consume your entire forum!
