I'm just kidding. I'm pathetic, sitting home crying over the Blindside.

I will sit here and talk to you fine people, then go figure out fucking fraction word problems.

:) Come say hi to me.

OMG, LTR I used to go out every Sat night to the gay bar in the next town over. Man, those were the good old days. I used to have sooooooo much fun.

Now I'm like you. People should be at home on Lit chatting. yup

Too cold to go out over here. Usually I wouldn't care, but y'all can have the great outdoors tonight.

After I leave work, I'm gettin' a bottle of good gin, some pantry grub, then go home, make a pizza, boozy dranks and kick back with flicks and tunes. Good life. :D

We went out dining last night, and just finished watching a recording of Bluebloods.
I have a nice warm dog curled up on my legs and I'm about to read an e-book. I'll eat something when I get hungry.

Have fun. What's the point of having a home if you can't be cozy in it?

Home before dark, these days. Saturday matinee offerings are tempting.

How do they stay warm, when they do not wear anything that their parents might wear ? It's a mystery. Then, again, they do not wait for anything. They are always in motion.

Life is good, not perfect but good. I'm very lucky and lucky to know you.

You are so right. I LOVE my house, again, it's not perfect but it's mine.

Tell Cheyenne hi for me. :)

Movies at home are my thing. I love to go rent them.

Younger Jeff Bridges with no shirt. He took excellent care of himself, back then.

I will have to change the channel when that song comes on.

Sat night was yeaterday.
Friends over, some drinkies, a couple of movies..... the bodies are finally emerging now at 1125 Sun morning :D

Just watched The Imitation Game. Going to go to the gym, then do some more work.

Bluey and I went to Applebee's for dinner. Our waiter, lets call him Todd, because he seemed like a Todd, had his drink schpeel down. I was then visibly disappointed when we asked for water. Again, Todd was not happy when we didn't want an appetizer. We made out order and got out food. He did the typical, one bite in, "How's everything tasting" as he walked by, and we didn't see much of him for a while. Eventually he came back and asked about desert, which we ordered. He didn't take our empty plates before bringing the desert menu. He didn't even bring out desert, and never checked while we ate it. We waited quite a while for him to come near the table and finally check up. He should have had the check ready, but didn't. He had to go get it. More waiting for him. Once the bill came for $38.90. I put $41 down and we left. I only put the extra single so that Todd knew I didn't forget to tip him, I wanted him to know I tipped him lightly.

Much like the movies where each cineplex' real income comes from concession stand sales instead of the actual films themselves, I believe most restaurants' real money making comes from drinks and everything surrounding the entrée, which is why they push appetizers and likewise stuff. Especially drinks. Unless it's a high traffic joint that needs to keep the tables flipping, they wanna lock you there and drinks are the best way to do that. The more you drink, the more you might spend.

But yeah, even if you just order a house salad and drink table tap water, there's no excuse for cruddy service.

I am at home fighting a cold. It is too cold to go out anyway. I am here curled up on the couch in some mismatched sweats.

The TV is off because the remote is too far for me to reach.

If the dog needs to be let out... uh-oh. That would be tragic. I would have to get up.

Bluey and I both tend to tip well. Often if we plan to use a card I bring some cash for the tip so the server gets it then and there. I understand that servers work hard. I want them to be treated well, but that have to do the same for me.
