There's no realistic way they can do this unless they equally go after all other racial and ethnic advocacy organizations.

This may finally be the opening whites need to get the courts on record that either all ethnic and racial advocacy and cultural organizations are allowed or none are.

That's probably why even AOC and the ALCU oppose it. Its so blatantly discriminatory it could backfire.

With the failure of Prop 16 in California, a state where the majority of people are non-white, its clear affirmative action and disparate treatment is a losing issue. You can't target white groups while allowing 100s of organizations, clubs, and groups for every other major demographic. There are even in your face "ethnic caucases" in the US Congress for every major population group except whites.
