This is a good question and I kind of touched on it in another thread. What I enjoy most is the admiration coupled with the nervousness of picking the right way to say the things on their mind. I will admit its a delicate dance and the odds are not in your favor trying to engage in this kink without over stepping a line that varies from woman to woman.

I do like a man that appreciates that fact and dances on that line.

What are you defining as the 'kink' here? Race?

I would say the "raceplay" aspect of it. While liking someone of a particular skin tone is not what I would consider a kink, the things that get said about it I would say is a kink.

Thanks for that.

So I guess it depends on if both people enjoy the things that can be said about it. (In my experience I've not requested or been asked...)

Like with most things communication is key. Sometimes Connor and I like to push the boundaries of what we are comfortable with and it leads to us being turned off but at least we know.

The boundaries are always interesting, I've found that they can tend to be extended when both parties are in the mood.

May I ask what counts as an example of pushing too far ?

This, exactly this
Communication between partners is the key to keep it enjoyable rather than going to a dark uncomfortable place.

I've been with two black women, and have dated four at this point in my life. Loved it. Latinas and black women are about all I go for these days. I don't know if its the race/culture barrier that makes people less apt to act a fool, but black women and latinas have a sensual quality to them that white women seem to have lost when it comes to dating white men. There's always exceptions, but I don't see as many of those now, at 45 years old, as I did when I was in my 20's and younger.

The biggest barrier I've found to finding a black woman open to dating a white man, is the current cultural climate. It takes a minute for a black woman to realize that the guy isn't just out for a quick piece of "dark meat" these days, or just out to hurt someone. I'm looking for a keeper now, not just playing the field.

You' sound like the kind of guy I'm looking for...open minded and wanting something real
