good heavens! They don't hurt too much, there's only two, on the right side, and I'm NOT running a fever. Now the question is, do I go to the doctor now or wait and see what happens?

LadyDarkFire said:White marks are a good indicator of strep throat, which might not run a fever just yet. Getting them checked out immidiately is the best course of action. The Strep bactiria can travel in your body, and if it winds up in your heart, it can kill you. Best not to take chances. Besides, you'll probably feel better knowing that it is not if it turns out to be something harmless. Less stress to go now and have it be minor than to go later for something major.
