It's not for legal reasons so much as it is for those who like to hear such things. When I was a member of Whippedass, they didn't include that as one of the vids as a normal thing. But, when they did, the members said they enjoyed it. So, it became a more normal thing.

and, because those who make whipedass vids are the same people who do the others like hogtied, meninpain, waterbondage, wiredpussy and many others, I think they all incorporated it at the end of their shoots. I'm only talking about whippedass from knowledge, but that's how it became a part of that site.

As for links, there aren't any that are totally and always there. The sites that offer free vids are always changing (they call it updating) their links so there is no link that is always there.
