...or challenge the results in court?

Hmmmmmm. Let me see. Anyone care to go out on a limb?

THEY have already reserved the courts..

And have the attorneys working on the action plan. If noone noticed the strategy earlier this week, they are truly blind.

*I'm watching Jeb's thankyou speech on tv, the lawsuits should start tonight. :D

who cares who calls it , where is the party gonna be?
pretzels?

it's obvious that someone shit in yours!

Both the democrats and republicans have litigated an issue already. The democrats started it.

Not that I do not think it was fully justified.

Who wants to bet Miles has never stepped in an inner city high school?

Those things are schools? I thought they were prisons. Looks like `em both inside and out. Then again, the kids look like inmates so the mistake is easy to make.

But Miles says teachers are the problem and making them accountable is the grand solution.

That's only part of the solution. I happen to think that school vouchers isn't a bad idea. The money belong to the taxpayer and could be better spent on education if the school district isn't up to standards in sending the kid to another school. The idea is to make it easier for the child to get the education, what does it matter in which system it is received. If the school district offered a superior school than the one that is private than that's the one that the child should go to. Remember it's not about politics, teachers, or seperation of anything, it's about the kids education.

Who wants to bet COBRA has never been in an inner city high school?

The social problems brought there can not be handled by teachers. It doesn't matter if you put a couple minorities here or there, the urban school districts need more support.

Believe it or not a few of my close friends came from those school and I have been in them. Why might you ask would white boy bother? Easy. I had friends there. Do I agree that the schools need more support? With out a doubt. But the teachers unions keep demending more, making it difficult to play catch up with the needs of the schools districts. I don't happen to think that a school teacher, particularly if they are a poor one, is entitled to keep their job. Personally I'd start putting the screws to the unions and then keep going.

I'm glad I got to see this.

It confirms what I've been saying for some time. Every time you open your mouth you show everyone how ignorant you are. For someone so vociferous about unfair treatment of minorities, you spotlight your own backwater prejudice by saying I've never stepped in an inner city high school. What's it like carrying a burden of hatred like that?

Based on the lack of reasoning in your posts, I doubt you ever stepped in anything beyond elementary school.

Keep talking, Cha-Cha.

Hey Miles.....

If you ever want Clark to be on the wild side, this might make a good AV. :D

What are your answers Miles? I've yet to see any.

A couple of friends that went to tough schools, I'm impressed COBRA. Now what is it like for the teachers? Do they play parent, counselor, mentor, baby-sitter, public relations official, etc or do they clock in at 8AM and clock out at 3PM?
