Which of the trilogy?

The original 'Star Wars' movie is still my favorite. When I first saw it in the theater it blew me away. I saw it 4 more times after that, noticing something new each time. I have never seen the 'prequels' and don't intend to. The original trilogy reigns supreme in my view. :D

You are my hero. :D

Kirk shoulda banged padme in episode 3... thus creating confusion as to whether they were really anakins kids...

Would've been a great scene. Padme looking at Anakin, while Kirk puts it to her and smiles at him. Spock giving Anakin a Vulcan ass-fucking while erasing any thoughts of Padme from his mind.

It could have made it a sensational finish, but old George just ran out of imagination, lol.:)

For me, the first-released Star Wars. The impact on the big screen was like nothing else; just took your breath away.

And Darth Vader. what a composite.
Body: David Prowse
Voice: James Earl Jones,
Face: Sebastian Shaw.

I have to agree with the Sgt on this one--Empire was my favorite. Return was the one I wanted to see the most (and actually stayed up all night in line to buy tickets for), but you knew it was going to have a happy ending, so there wasn't the "will it/won't it" kind of emotion that was associated with Empire.

I saw Empire with some female friends, and when Han was frozen we all cried. And we left the theater crying. Now that to me marks a good movie if you remember that kind of emotion over thirty years later.

As for the first three--meh. I saw #1 because I hoped for something much better than it was, slept through most of #2, and never cared about seeing #3. The originals are, and always will be, the best :)

And given a choice between Jar Jar and the Ewoks? Give me the Ewoks any day. It would take ten Jar Jars to be as intelligent as one Ewok...and that's still saying a lot about the Jar Jars.
