The obvious answer:
No president except Geroge Washington has had his amatory exploits well documented by little plaques all over the original thirteen states detailing where he slept. He is after all the father of our country.

TJ is the president I most respect as he stuck to his ideals, and he had good, consistent ideals I mostly agree with. He was very intelligent (he was the classical Renaissance Man; he understood and dabbled in almost everything on some level), didn't have a huge ego or lust for power like most pols, even back then, and he was not vindictive even though he was attacked on all sides. He was above it all.
I don't think very many presidents could compare to him - and despite being shy and having a speech impediment, he was quite the ladies man.
A very interesting and great man on all levels. Not without his flaws, but his good points greatly outweighed his bad ones, and we owe a lot of where we are to his actions.
His wife until some time after she died (five years?), then probably one of his slaves (although there is still no absolute proof, it could have been another member of his family that got her pregnant, and TJ kept his mouth shut), then a married woman in France, and who knows how many others.JackM said:

I'd bet that if you could ask every first lady that question, she'd pick her husband as the best! Any dog can mount a bitch, so the most amourous may be the worst performer in office. Conquests of a married spouse does not impress me, I hire (vote)them to do a specific job. I don't fall into the, "nod nod wink wink" herd.
