Out of curiosity, where did you work? That's usually reserved for 'cruelty free' killing floors, and there's a special sticker you get to put on the meat if you kill it that way. Because some people honestly won't buy it because it causes less adrenaline and acetocoline to be released into the muscles. You have to mark it via the FDA regulation if it's not killed by bleeding out.
