Where's Laurel?

Has anybody had any contact with Laurel?.I've been trying to contact her for close to a week without success. Is it safe to say, there are people who write here that don't want her to confer with some writers on HER OWN site?

She is not known for rapid PM responses. As a moderator, I PM her frequently and often will see action taken on something I sent without a reply. She is just very busy and wearing a LOT of hats.

I don’t understand your last sentence at all. I don’t think there are any people here blocking her from corresponding with authors or desiring that she not talk to authors.

A whole week? Where at least two of those days were holidays? I fail to see the problem.

Not totally bad advice for a lot of us. I have several older friends(ok, they're my age) and they have zero or close to zero social media exposure. They get along fine without it. My old best friend doesn't even own a cell phone, although his wife does.(edit) I want to add that staying in touch with my kids and grandkids was my main impetus for restarting my FB account.
