Where would we be without Law enforcement?

I don't think all police are bad, or FBI...What kind of person wants to be an executioner? I just want to feel safe walking down the street at night...I'm no goody-two shoes, and my past is not perfect...But I've run into scary people, on both sides of the Law...

They don't do anything for me, i could live without them.

I could do without certain laws and certain aspects of law enforcement but, I am glad to know that they are there to deter violent crime or at least, the amount of it.
