Where to post for this?

Hi, I am fairly new to Literotica. I am here to get into an online roleplaying relationship by means of IM. I have tried the Personals section, but I am a bit confused on where exactly to post.

Basically, I want to post the kind of story ideas I would like to roleplay, not on here, but on IM either on Yahoo or Gmail. So was just wondering if Story Ideas would be the right place or Sexual RPG section, or rather just carry on in the Personals section.

If you want to meet someone to roleplay privately (e.g. through email or IM), stick to the Personals section. You'll likely get better results by asking a question or putting out a discussion topic than stating you'd like to roleplay privately. If you have an ad, make sure it's quality, you're specific about some of the topics you had in mind, and don't bump it a lot or say anything that will make you seem desperate. If you're open to roleplaying with males and females, say so in your ad.

If you have story ideas, you can post them in the Story Ideas forum, but that's not the place to find someone who wants to roleplay with you.

If you're open to semi-private or public roleplay, the Sexual Roleplay forum would be best. Make sure you read the stickies at the top of the forum and follow the rules/format. If you go with this option, you may very well find someone who's open to roleplaying privately after they see what you have to offer on your thread, but don't count on it.
