Where to get those DVD's..?

I've been asked by a friend who has a DVD player where is the best place to buy DVD's online in the state's, can you help.

His player is not zoned so he can play US or any other region disc's and as you get them before we do he want's to buy online, so who is cheap/fast/safe/well stocked.
