Where the heck are you all?

Ok, I find myself feeling quite isolated this morning so I thought I would pose a question.

Apparently in my boondocks there is one group, but nobody seems to be able to get their act together to organise munches, activities etc etc (and as I'm sure many of the group find, I am far to busy to do it myself)

I know us litsters come from all over the world but out of curiosity, especially for those of us that have our locations obscure, where are we all from? How many countries do we represent in this small corner of Lit?

I'll start off (naturally lol)

The best way to get to know someone is to read their various posts on the threads and strike up interesting conversation and ask meaningful questions. Once your trust has been gained then you might get a straight answer.

Some of want to be found, some of us want to make you work at it and some of us want to hide behind the veil of fantasy.

I think part of the appeal of chatting to people in here, is the not knowing, adds a bit of mistery. Although my handle is a blatant give away!

Reading over this before I post, I appologise if it comes off as a rant, it's not intended that way, just an observation

I do post. sometimes meaningful, sometimes just for shits and giggles. I didn't ask to have those that don't want to answer not do so, in fact I'm fine with that lol.

Those that do, great. This place is a hard nut to crack, sometimes I fully understand why there are so few regular posters, those of us that try to ease into the loop are stonewalled pretty regularly.

not much of a drama queen, I contribute when I actually have something semi intelligent to say (Not meaning that the regulars don't!) I figure all the power to the folks that are exuberant and full of witicisms, but those of us that are more quiet are here as well <shrugs>

Anyway, pretty bluntly, it was a curiosity thing, those that aren't comfortable answering dont have to for goodness sakes!

It may be just me, but I am experiencing both BDSM forums as rather quiet. A year ago or so I felt like there was more going on, more "regulars" posting more often. It is also possible that the mix of people here has changed and I just have not clicked much with the new "regulars", In any case, many feel when they first get here that it is a rather closed group - I felt that way when I first arrived, but I stayed with it, kept posting and eventually found my way of fitting in.

well today I'm in New Jersey/Philly area... Tomorrow we fly to Cleveland to work for a week in preparation of our move

Southwestern MI for now. Originally from Lansing, MI but am working my way out of the state lol. Am hoping to run away somewhere where winters are milder next spring/summer when my daughter will be big enough for the move to not adversely effect her (o.k. and when I won't be so tired from learning the ropes of being a new mom!! lol).
