I think it's wonderful.

Those horrible, look-alike, cookie-cutter, childish dollies were empty of meaning with regard to the one using them for the most part, and vaucously dull to even look at on the page, secondly.

I think the newer, more interesting, and personally meaningful avs are far superior as representations of individuality than those pathetic dollies could ever be or ever were.

There were exceptions to the "horrible dolly" mold, of course, but not many.

I agree that choices are extremely wonderful. It's what makes these boards so cool. We have a collection of people who've made different choices in their lives, and are willing to rationally talk about them without *sigh* too much criticism or hatred being thrown back.

Of course, there is always an exception to the rule, but I try to ignore the exceptions whenever possible.

I'm starting to think that the pictures are getting better than the dollies. I mean, don't get me wrong. The dollies do depict certain individuals very well, but the photos are starting to get as provacative, if not more than the dollies.

Of course, it's just my humble opinion.
