Look at the top of the POLL. The list is for the OTHERS because we didn't have enough slots for EVERYBODY. The eight states in the poll are listed in their order of population; i.e., they are the eight most populated states in America, listed in order.

The "disagreement" is whether the population of Lit follows the population of the states. I don't think it does. If you do, you better get busy telling your neighbors to vote in the poll! The poll has a life of only 2 weeks, then it self-destructs, I guess...
