Sorry. It's an old thread that was bumped to show someone I mentioned it to. I was thinking it needed a 2008 version, however it is very timeconsuming to keep the front post updated and I don't have the time right now to do a new one. You're very welcome to do a new one if you'd like. It would be interesting to see if things have changed much.

It was closed because the group that initiated it wanted it to be a set amount of time, in order to have an answer to their question. It was stated at the beginning that it would be closed at such & such a date. Yours can be open-ended if you prefer.
