How do I find the chat here I am supposed to meet someone here but cannot find a chat room

Use the literotica.com link at the bottom of the page. That will take you to the literotica.com home page. Read down the page untill you find live chat, click on that link and then enjoy.

I was just there they have posted that the site is having problems. that should be resoved by monday.
