I think some people misunderstood the point I was trying to make. I really don't want to know what became of these people in particular, I was merely using them as examples of people who are omnipresent one moment, then disappear the next. It's like they were swallowed up.
We all have experienced it. We have close friends or family who for one reason or another just drift away and you never notice til one day somebody mentions their name and you suddenly realize that you haven't seen them in quite a while.
Same thing happens on this Board. We interact with certain people and then they aren't posting anymore and you move on to others and don't really notice their absence until either they return or someone mentions their name and you remember you haven't spoken with them in a dog's age.
My point is simply that it's funny how fleeting fame and friendship can be at times.
