You should be able to get them from any quilting/sewing supply, especially quilting. Yes I think you're right, they go by "the third hand" - if you play the part of a clueless husband on a Christmas mission they should know what you're talking about immediately.

The ease of that makes me reconsider the quilt ladies.

The shipping there is pretty high. But if I order 4 I can get them for what The Stockroom would have charged me for 2. Dom Depot has lots of chain. And the other set will be getting some rubber band type material. Something to go from the spreader bar to the nipples.

Did you try ebay? If you go to the Everything Else section and then into mature audiences, they have a nice selection.
