Where can I find examples of near explicit lesbian sex

My friend has asked me this

"In my Fanfiction, Fate and Nanoha have their first date and return to Section 6 where Nanoah and Fate then go to have sex, wanting to cement their relationship before their jobs see them separated

From chat rooms where I has discussed this I've been told 2 virgin women having sex for the first time would be very awkward but I want to show that it was also romantic, that the love and trust they share gets past the awkwardness.

Now I could detail it but I don't want it to come off as porn, more like that Pretty Cure Doujinshi you found me a few months back where it shows those 2 girls getting married and showing how they had sex but it wasn't explicit or anything, no showing privates, the only excess fluids was the saliva from when they kiss.

I am wondering if you know of any stories which detail lesbian sex but isn't explicit where it would be porn, you know, something which you could expect to be on the shelf in public, so that way I can see how much detail they get and the language used"

Now I don't know of anything which is like that so I'm asking here, does anyone know of any stories which detail near explicit lesbian sex which my friend could use as references? page numbers of when the scene starts is appreciated as it'll probably save him time as he's already drafted the date scene. I would ask for guides but I think he'll get more out of actuly reading a story, seeing how it builds up to the main events, and also a story will see more use than a guide since if he likes the story he'll read it properly while a guide he'll only read it when he needs to reference it

Hullo, and welcome to the board.
:rose:

Keep your feet in the boat, do not post stories in Loving Wives and ignore any requests for naked pix. LOL, they do love a larf in here! and will sometimes try to tell you that you have to put one up to post here. (I think there is another place for that kind of thing ;).)

I have several lesbian stories reviewed on my blog (see link in signature), many of them from Lit.

Bramblethorn is a good lesbian writer with lots of red hot Hs.

I wrote a lesbian scene for my latest chapter, and could PM you the link when it comes out if you like. (It's with BT for editing :) )

I have several lesbian stories like that, where two women meet and have sex for the first time. Pierced Pussy Pals 1 & 2 is a good one to try, as well as the first chapters of Swingville USA - A Midwest Fuckfest.
Both are about exploring Sapphic love for the first time. Hope they are what you're looking for. :)

Go see "blue is the warmest colour". It is a french film. Romantic coming-of-age teenage lesbians.

What is 'a virgin' in today's world?!!

Seriously, what is?

My own view is that it doesn't matter what sex is going on, virginal, advanced, extreme - the quality of erotic stories all turn on the believability and/or reader-sympathetic nature of the characters.

I think, make your 2 virginal characters people readers want to know about, want to get inside of the lives off, make them interesting as people - sex is about discovery anyway, isn't it?

Best wishes.

Explicit doesn't necessarily equal porn, and non-explicit, flowery language doesn't necessarily equal erotica.

I'd agree that two virgins, straight or gay, having sex for the first time could be a sweet, awkward scene, but it doesn't have to be. It depends on the characters. And if the author is "explicit," whatever that means to you, it doesn't mean that the scene is no longer sweet and awkward.

*blush* Thank you! guess I'd better get on with that editing, it's been a big week here

FWIW, here's one from my Magnum Innominandum" that I'd consider "non-explicit":

"Hush. Just us. Just tonight. What's done is done. This is all I can give you, but I give it with my whole heart." She kissed me again, and after that there were very few words.

I remember us like fire, twisting and devouring one another in the dark, writhing images that still sizzle and burn behind my eyes in afterglow. I was voracious and tender by turns and she gave herself to me wholly, a tangle of legs and fingers and lips and tongues. I thought myself worldly, but she taught me otherwise, bringing me to voiceless begging until I snarled and grabbed her by the back of the neck and required her to complete what she had started.

Afterwards, my rougher urges sated, I held her to me, stroking her all over, marveling in how snugly our bodies fitted together. Whatever magic the world might hold, this was enough for me: the ley-lines of her body, the cadences of her breath, the pulse of her heart, all governed by two sacred names: ours. And when she too was spent we collapsed together, the last of the walls between us vanished.

That's not typical of my style, that whole story was a bit of an experiment, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

The rest of my stories here are more explicit, but you can make an explicit scene non-explicit by vagueing up the detail until you reach a level that works for you. Detailed oral sex becomes "she guided me down to my knees and didn't let me up until she was satisfied", yada yada.

Explicit doesn't necessarily equal porn, and non-explicit, flowery language doesn't necessarily equal erotica.

This is a good point. I think if a reader is uncomfortable with explicit detail then that discomfort can get in the way of "sweet", but for readers who are OK with that detail it's certainly possible to achieve sweet-and-awkward.

I had one scene here where one woman accidentally headbutts her lover during sex. Awkward is fun to write.

MoB. Reading the stories of the late, great Colleen Thomas would give some of the best lesbian stories on the site.

Let's put it this way. In an R-rated movie from the 80's or so, sex is depicted with fie to ten seconds of the couple naked, in the dark, in silhouette, with the music score covering over any sounds they are making. In prime time cable television shows these days, the light are on, you can usually see the girl's back making it clear that she's naked, and there's some moaning, but it's just the tail end of the sex because then they finish and move on with the scene. In soft core porn, you see tits, and the couple grinds against each other for a good five to ten minutes at least while moaning, but you don't see any cock or pussy. In hard core porn, you see everything, and the scene is usually at least ten minutes.

I'm saying the difference between showing sex and being explicit and pornographic is in the details and the length. If you say that Mary went down on Julie and it took her a little while to get the hang of it, that's showing sex. If you say that Mary pulled Julie's panties down off her long, smooth legs, and moved in close to her smooth pussy, inhaling her womanly scent before running her tongue over her pussy lips, tasting her juices, and then she hungrily pushed her tongue inside her, and sucked on her clit, feeling her body squirm beneath the tender caresses of her mouth, and even though it was her first time with a woman and had been worried about it, she knew just what to do to bring Julie to screaming, earth shattering orgasm, that's being explicit and pornographic.
