Looking at the price of gasoline thread I was getting a pretty good idea of where a lot of people are from.. but to make it simple I was hoping that starting a thread might be easier to find out.

I expect the usual answer of from my mom(mum) so I will throw that one out now :p

Myself........from Pennsylvania.

Rob, if you wanna play this game, there is no better thread than "The last person to post here wins".

People fighting for bottom, people fighting for top the whole day.

I'm in the big blue state in the middle. We're an island. Not fantasy island, more like Dr. Moreau.

I like my threads to end, eventually. I'm old. I get tired after a while.

And yet you keep coming back to Abs'. ;)

How can you bitch about the weather in Arizona?!?

That'd be like me, bitching about the weather in Florida...
(oops, gave it away!) DUH!

I'm from the same blue state as MissScarlett. Now I live in a red state a few notches down, where the radio stations start with W.

That could be anywhere east of the Mississippi... or at least, that's how it used to be... I think.

I am not fighting, and I Know RG is not either. Grr. :p

Nah, I kinda dug New Mexico. We got rednecks home too, but New Mexico was wildly different from Maine otherwise. They had the Range Cafe, too.

And OHIO is a place on its own :D

I live in Ky, about 40 miles south of Louisville.

Born and raised in Ky. Lived in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Michigan and Arkansas while in the service. Decided none of them were better than here, so I moved back to Ky.

You get RAIN.

Never seen Kentucky, but I did like the mountains in western NC. Nice climate, sensible if quirky people, lots of trees because it's just too damn up-and-down to cut them all. People aren't rich, but they look out for each other. I always figured the mountains of KY and TN were like that, too.

Bitching about the weather in Arizona is easy.....IT'S TOO FUCKING HOT!

I lived in Phoenix for three years. I was never so glad to leave a place in my entire life.

Thank you!

And anyone who tells you, "you get used to it" is full of shit.
