Where are you

And here's Colorado

I have to drive 20 miles to get this view.

Not too bad.

This is one of the better threads, thanks wishful for thinking of it, and thanks everyone for sharing. It's a trip without having to pack and getting to see the best of everything!

My town is very old and is coming around again. We have a national park dedicated to the old railways, so I can hear the whistle of the steam locomotives from my house, somedays I can see the smoke from the engines as they shuttle them around or ready them for an excursion. It's a step back in time!

Is this Savannah? I know they've been restoring an old railway turning station.

Can I add 1-more

From my deck as sunset.......

I'm in Ohio, originally from Newark Ohio but about 5 years ago moved to a small nothing to talk about town. So I'll post pictures of where I call home.

Wow, I expected the bald kid with the banjo, that's beautiful.

LMAO!

That's what most people expect. I'm not saying the bald kid doesn't exist (I run into his cousins/brothers daily), but it's not all quite like that.

Most people have seen pics of San Francisco. This is across the street from the market where I buy the makings for tamales, in the Mission district (called that cos it's where the original mission of San Francisco de Assiz was built).
