I’m a 53 yo engineer, father, husband, and son. I work in Boston for a young growing company . I live in the suburbs north of the city, and I sit in that hellhole that is Boston traffic commuting in.

Olneyville New York System in Rhode Island has the area’s best hot dogs (wieners), and Regina’s on Thatcher Street in the North End has the best pizza!

Good luck with your new thread. I have always been interested in seeing the New England States.

My girlfriend taught me how to make New England Clam chowder which I like to make when I can get fresh clams.

That is certainly a favorite around here! Manhattan clam chowder is regularly derided! Legal Sea Foods, a Boston based restaurant chain, has some of the best! Fried clams are also hugely popular, but I don’t care for them.

Woodman’s in Essex, and Clam Box in Ipswich are two local favorite spots for fried clams

Absolutely!! If we were going to chuck any state out of New England it would be Connecticut! (Just Kidding )
