Talk about nostalgia. I was reading a book and the male and female characters were discussing having sex and the female suggested that they try a version of the hokey pokey which didn't involve putting the arms or legs into anything and shaking them all about. I smiled at the metaphor.
That reminded me of the line dance that was performed in the late 50's and early 60's. I can't remember when it came out of favor but I think that there ought to be a movement to reinstate it at weddings and bar miztvahs and other festive occasions. I think I will ask the band to playit at my daughter's wedding, next year. I don't hink that's too much to ask. The only other thing I asked for was "pigs in a blanket".
