do you do it because you were"inspired" by another thread, and think it would be great to have your own thread that's nearly identical? Or do you maybe have something to say once in a while that you want others to comment on? Do you just like to take up board space like THIS thread is taking up?

Lobito

I just want to know how you took that pic of your ass!:D

I start threads casue 1 i have a question
2 I have a strange Idea in my head.

Only when I'm sure that someone is someone else!

lobito is really problemchild! I have proof!

I post usually to have fun, post hentai, crap like that.

Sometimes I have something to say and sometimes I don't. If people here only posted when they had something really important to say I'd say the post count would be around 1000 instead of over 700,000.

I post to let people know I'm still here too.

I just like to take up space.

Oh wait!

I just had a thought.

Maybe I should start a new thread..hmmm...;)

I think I've posted maybe 3 threads total. I enjoy the threads even if they're just something a little different.

I have no idea where people come up with so many thread ideas. I hardly ever have something I want to say, ask, or announce to the whole board.

um, 1700+ posts, isn't "hardly anything to say" babe.

Mmy point is/was, that there are SO MANY copycat threads, that sometimes to SOME people it gets old. Sometimes the same person ONLY posts NEW threads seemingly, rather than post to other threads. Some of those threads are good fun threads, while others alot simply don't even care for the poster, yet they keep posting new threads, just to keep their name on the front page. Not to mention shamelessly bumping their own threads, because NO ONE will respond to them.

Lo - who's TRYING to get back to his normal self

perhaps both?

I already lokos for My Wife's midol, she must be out... Have to get to Walgreens I think.... Wonder if they sell lovin' there too?

I prefer to thread jack.

That way I can annoy people and post useless drivell.

Me and my bandana wearing gopher friends just like to run amuck in these threads.

We are glad no-one installs LoJack ontheir threads.

I post, therefore I am.

I don't start many threads and I try to steer clear of EVER saying anything even remotely intellectual.

Say something smart one time and you'll have people knocking down your cyber door to ask your opinion on things.

I prefer to be a smartass as a general rule. No one knocks on my cyber door to get a quick quip. ;)

I've started 6 threads:

2 were humorous
1 was intended to be an intelectual discussion
1 was about a Lit malfunction
1 was to introduce a friend to the general board

My current project, "I'd like to propose a toast..." was intended as an antidote to negativity at the time. It was inspired by Problem Child's "5 Things I like About ____". It is by far the most successful one.

I start a thread becasue....

A. I'm bored.

B. I have a question.

C. All of the above.

I actually like that "toast thread", thansk for pointing it out to me, and mentioning me.

I'm not asking how many you post, just what inspires you to do it.

That one. :) I rarely have anything to say anymore. At least, here. And usually my threads don't get much action. Whatever. That's the price you pay for not flirting all over the place. *shrugs*

I don't start many and the ones I do I'm usually bitchin' about something. So, no...mine are not inspired by another. They do take up space but who cares. :)

Actually, I'm dead serious about the flirting comment. I've noticed it, and paid particular attention to the phenomenon.

Flirting gets you more attention. Once you stop flirting, your "friends" dry up and fly away. Only the real ones stay.

Thus my thread yesterday about friends. I know who my "real friends" at Lit are, and I know who are my friends because I flirt. Your words are OH SO TRUE, to be honest. I flirt with a lot of people, you may have noticed that, male or female, it's all in fun.

Posting one's very own body parts seems to have the same kind of response(s). I'll be damned if I change my av to something other than me, or more spefically my AZZ. People DO notice it, and they let you know.

Lo

Done the body parts. But Lit collectively has a very short attention span.
Eh, what can you do? I don't flirt indiscriminately, so am overlooked by most.
But real life. Well, that's quite different. ;)

I have posted threads that may be interesting or new and i've made one as a joke.(The fatr thread)LOL
I've only made 3 threads i think.
I'm gettin ready to make my first thread about something i'd like to know people's knowledge and info on.
I like to come up with fun stuff tho.
I just don't always post the threads.
