When you shake hands......

I shook hands with the owner of the company I work for today and the thought occurred to me that I was shaking the hand that he uses/used to masturbate with and it sort of disgusted me.

Okay...

My question would be, why in the world are you thinking about masturbation while shaking the hand of someone who is, essentially, your boss?

Hell, at a time like that I would be thinking about money and how I could make a good impression so that I could make some more of it. :D

...doin' that crazy hand...

...no, I think i been misunderstood. My point was I can think of quite a few females I would feel honored to shake their hand. I really have to admit(without getting to far out of the thread box) that quite often after I meet a woman I wonder where that hand been. Obsessivily(sic)? One can only hope. Even reading some of the stories, I wonder where, say, Tatelou's hand has been before she posts. The possibilities are as they say in France, Endless.

Also remember that people don't always masturbate with the hand they shake with.
I may be a "sinister southpaw" but that doesn't mean I stick with that hand. ;)

I am somewhat OCD, I Suppose. The guy I was referring to has beady eyes and he has "creep" written all over him. I was just thinking< "great I'm shaking the hand that this old creep uses to stretch his dork" and was disturbed by that thought. And to the milking the old bastard for more money, well that's a task. The old bastard is so greedy, he probably steals ketchup packets and empties them one by one into the ketchup bottle in his fridge.

Okay, I understand that.

You shake hands to demonstrate that you have no weapon (sword, dagger, club etc) in that hand. It's a mark of trust, friendship and respect

You use your right hand because we've always been a right-handed dominant society and in the middle ages left handed people were thought to be freaks - So swordsmen always used their right hands.

Shaking hands with your sword hand was a very simple way of saying "I am unarmed, I mean you no harm"

shaking with the left hand was just dirty, it was the toilet paper hand.
Also left handedness was thought to be the work of the devil ... modern example? the french horn (not french but whats in a name right?..anyway..) its also called the devil horn bc it is the ONLY instrument played entirely with the left hand (mutes don't count)

As long as they were ambidexterious or double handed they were fine, if they were left handed they were either killed off in childhood (if they were going to make it past childhood) or kept alive and called weak and evil all their life, bc it was also a sign of weakness.

ever hear someone tell you to "turn your cheek" against doing something bad or someone picking on you as a kid ?
I know why its said now, but does anyone else? :)

Then again, there was a chance they could have met up with people who realized that a left-handed person had a great advantage when it came to swordfighting.

i mentioned being 'double handed' ie ambidexterious... they did have an advantage but it was still seen as an evil weakness (if they were really good at sword fightin with their left hand it was 'guided by evil' and that is a weakness) it wasn't till later that silly things like that were cast aside.

Also, and this still happens, they teach them to fight with their right hand... today, some modern classrooms when the children are younger the take the pencil out of the left handed children's hand and place it in their right hand. There are many reasons why and some of the teachers still have the underlying 'evil left handed' thought in their mind when they do it. Sad but true.

hey I do that some times
I am a cheap bitch!

Hmmm...and not only does he use that hand to masturbate with, but he also uses it to hold his dick when he pees, wipe his ass after he shits, covered his mouth when he sneezed, and probably wiped his nose with it. He might also have stuck his fingers into his mouth while he was eating his breakfast/lunch/dinner. (And yeah, women do some of these things as well, including all that hygienic stuff around their periods - oh my!)

You take a chance with any person you shake hands with. Remember, it's the fastest way disease spreads?

Perhaps just a bit too much thought here? ;)

ewwwww! Alas its true.. Im a child care provider and the #1 thing I teach from early age, is to wash hands properly. Soap, warm water and at the very least 20 seconds of scrubbing.. or long enough to sing row, row your boat... YOU try it some time...;)

origional poster: you should start wearing latex gloves and see what happens ::giggle:: if anyone asks just say "you DON'T want to know."

I don't shake hands. A bit odd, but I don't like being touched (well, depends on the situation ;) ).

hands

Donald Trump will not shake hands, nor would Howard Hughes. I respect anyones right not to be touched, I'm rather fond of it.

Well, I'm quite emotionally sensitive, so I think it carries over into my physical side...I don't mind hugs, but anything that involves direct hand-body contact...thinking about it makes me ill sometimes. :p

Oh, some people are mattress- and pillow-humpers. I've never approved much of this method, there's not much to view.
