It appears that the Trump administration, or whoever is running it now, has already decided to attack North Korea.

Will the DPRK respond by nuking Seoul, or perhaps a chemical attack? Can they effectively do it? Its my understanding they can. So, one would assume they will.

What will the repercussions of this be for the rest of the world?
