When searching threads

In the search option....how do you just search for threads started by a specific person. I can only search by words, and when I plug in a posters name, I get all the threads they posted in which is not what I want....I know it can be done....tell me how....TELL ME NOW!

it defaults to show as threads... change it to show as posts...

Do you know the approximate date or the name of the thread?

Are you looking for a specific post? Or just all of one users posts?

Naaaaa ok....I had always used the lil search box at the bottom of the forum page......now I found the search page....yipeeeeee.

I want to see how many threads have been started about me......

in the second level of boxes... to the left side... there is an option to show results as posts... highlight that .... that will show you every post made by a user... you can further customized it to dates and specific forums... play with it KS

Im messin with it but cant get it to list thread titles with my name in it yet.....

Do as EE says...

then below in Search Options select show as Titles and Show as threads...

You might want to do two ...

One as Killswitch and one as KS

Edit: KS won't work it's too short to search
