When Kevin met Hailey...again(Closed for The_gladiator)

"I sometimes think I make it too easy for you," she said with a small laugh, kissing him back softly. "Lucky for you, I don't mind it," she murmured with a smile.

He cuddled her close, "Eh come on, you pick on me too." he said stroking her cheek enjoying holding her close.

"True...but that just means I like you a lot," she teased with a smile, turning her head to kiss his palm softly. She cuddled closer, losing her eyes t relax for a few moments in his arms.

"Don't know what I'd do if you liked me any more." he teased trying to make her smile more with his joking loving it when she smiled, unable to describe how it made him feel inside when she was happy.

"If I didn't know any better, I'd say you were complaining," she teased back, tilting her head to grin up at him before she turned her head and brushed her lips against his neck.

"I'd have to say the same thing about you," she murmured with a warm smile, kissing him back softly. "You make me so happy, Kevin," she whispered against his lips, resting her forehead against his.

He kissed her again before sitting up. "Did you want to get dressed and walk some more? or just stay here?" he asked smiling down at her.

"It doesn't matter to me...but walking does sound nice," she replied with a smile as she too sat up.

Mark nodded and stood up grabbing his jeans and beginning to pull them and his boxers on smiling at her, "You look pretty sexy layed out on the ground like that." he said with a smile.

Hailey blushed slightly as she pulled on her underwear, laughing a little as she started to buton up her blouse. "You looked pretty damn sexy yourself, cowboy," she said with a grin as she watched him get dressed, standing up to pull her pants on. "I'm thinking this is definitely something we need to do again," she said with a big smile.

"Sounds good to me." he said softly smiling handing her her shirt, "I hate to watch those go into hiding, but you're starting to goosebumps, is the brease getting to you? Or just my lecherous gaze?" he teased.

She laughed as she finished getting dressed, grinning at him as she put on her sneakers. "Definitely the breeze," she replied as she moved closer, giving him a quick kiss before she bent down to packk their empty bottles back into the cooler. "Your gaze definitely gives me a different reaction," she teased back, remembering the warmth that spreads through her everytime he looks at her.

He laughed, "I'm glad." he said with a smile. He grabbed the water and drank some more as he watched her finish dressing.

She smiled as she finished getting dressed, then began to pack everything back into the basket. "I'm ready when you are," she said with a smile, getting to her feet and stretching a little. "Are we leaving the stuff here and getting it on the way back, or taking it with us?" she asked, though it didn't matter to her.

"We might as well take it with us, We can take a round about way back to the truck." he said smiling at her.

"Sounds good to me," she said as she pulled her slightly damp hair back into a ponytail, smiling at him as she picked up the basket. "All set?"

He nodded, standing up and pulled her to him in a gentle embrace kissing her softly. "Sorry I needed a kiss." he said softly.

She smiled warmly, kissing him back gently. "That's something you never have to apologize for," she told him with a small grin, resting her hand against his cheek as she rubbed her lips against his again before her hand slid down and held onto his.

Hailey smiled up at Kevin as they walked, squeezing his hand every so often. She couldn't remember the last time she'd been so eager to take a walk through the woods, but just knowing she'd be spending time with him made her even happier. "I can't believe I thought I'd survive without any of this," she murmured, referring to her life as a city girl away from nature.

"You probably were afraid of the bugs." Kevin teased swatting at a fly that was buzzing around his head and smiling good naturedly at Haily as they walked.

"That could be it," she said with a laugh as she swatted away a bug that landed on her neck. "But it's defintely something I'll learn to deal with," she said with a grin, giving his hand another squeeze.

Sounds like a plan." Kevin said taking her hand in his enjoying just walking with her, loving the simple feel of her hand in his. "Watch that big tree root." he advised stepping over said root as they walked.

"Thanks," she said as she stepped over the root, grateful he'd mentioned it. "I most likely would've tripped over that," she said with a small laugh, blowing hair out of her eyes as she continued to walk with him.
