"Just about everywhere" apparently doesn't cover heavily populated parts of Texas, and I'm betting Never is in the same boat in Maine. I had AT&T at my apartment, but three miles down the street, no can do. AT&T is still extraordinarily spotty. I'm now waiting for my DSL connection, which was supposed to arrive a week and a half ago. If you see this, Never, good luck, and I completely empathize.

I don't think so. If there are, they only give you a handful of hours. Maybe Never could look into satellite internet. DirecPC, I think, through DirecTV? Something like that.
