When anthrax is illegal, only criminals will use anthrax

The criminally stupid won't have the opportunity to use it. They will end up killing someone, but it will probably be a contract hit on a cell-mate who won't stop laughing.

A woman in Florida, frustrated because she was turned down for a tax exemption on her property, made a phone call to the tax office's answering machine in which she identified herself as an employee of the Center for Disease Control (true) and claimed to have sent some anthrax to the offending tax clerk (false).

If I were the sentencing judge, I'd be tempted to send the entire family to a maximum security prison, just to keep their DNA from spreading.

Good call, take the problem out at the source....though I don't think the taxpayers should need to foot the bill for it....can't they get a nice tent or something out at the White Sands missile range?
