"Whatever your heart desires, Dom." Susan said as he offered to buy more than one scarf to tie her up if she ever needed it. "I'm certainly not opposed to the idea. It might be fun to see just how dirty you can get."

She laughed softly as she kissed his cheek. Her lips were gentle against his skin, her nose nuzzling against him briefly as they entered the store where they could buy a silk scarf or two. She looked between the displays, searching for something that might take her fancy. She was more than willing to let Dominic pick out whatever he wanted. It gave her a secret thrill to know that he was just as involved with all of this as she was.

Susan’s comment summoned a host of naughty images before Dominic’s mind eye, making his cheeks stay flushed to a nice shade of red. He imagined her naked and blindfolded on his bed, and some of the things they could do – especially involving whipped cream or a cube of ice. He cleared his throat, and playfully teased back, “You’re killing me, Susie.”

Arm in arm the couple entered a small shop selling various pieces of cloth and decorations. Browsing through the displays, they quickly found a rack full of scarves of various lengths and fabrics. As they looked through the selection, Dom and Susie quickly found a variety of silk scarves in different lengths and colors.

Soon, Dominic picked a shorter scarf, made from black silk, and looked at Susie. “What do you think about this one,” he mentioned softly, while carefully folding it into a blindfold, and holding it up for his lover. “Want to give it a try?”

As they picked out different silk scarves, Susan was a little taken back that he wanted to try one out right then and there. It was almost like a dare and she wondered if she was brave enough to accept that challenge. Glancing around quickly, she looked back at Dom and gave him a smile.

"Sure." She said softly as she turned to allow him to tie the scarf around her eyes.

Once it was in place, she couldn't see. It heightened her senses completely. She could hear him breathing behind her. She could feel his fingers touching her skin. She felt the heat coming off his body. It was all incredibly erotic, she thought to herself.

"Kiss me, Dom." She whispered softly, waiting for the press of his lips against her own.

With great anticipation, Dominic waited for Susan’s response to his request – or rather, challenge. When she finally turned around, he returned her smile, and lifted the blindfold. With gentle motions, he tied the piece of fabric around her head, securing it with a soft knot.

Dom listened to Susie’s soft whisper, and gently caressed her neck with the tip of his fingers, carefully nudging her to turn back towards him. Without a word, he leaned in and pressed his lips against hers, giving her a soft kiss which quickly became more passionate. The kiss took his breath away, and quickly Dominic melted against Susie, kissing her lovingly.

After a long moment, he pulled away, reluctantly breaking a wonderful kiss that could have lasted for hours. “I think we’ve found a good match for what we need,” he teased with a breathless whisper and a wide smile, reaching out to undo the knot holding the blindfold in place. Dom carefully pulled the scarf off his lover’s head, and unfolded it again

He looked at the selection, and picked up another scarf like the one he already held. Then he noticed that there were a couple of long red scarves, and picked one of them up as well. He looked a Susie, a big smirk on his lips. “Want to test the other idea, too?”

Kissing Dominic was quickly becoming one of her favorite things. He was always passionate and giving when it came to her. She found herself falling just a little deeper in love with him each time that their lips met. She sighed as the kiss broke and he untied the scarf around her eyes. Giving him a gentle smile, Susan saw the smirk on his lips as he looked at the other scarves around them and dared her to try another.

"I'm up for whatever you want to give me." She said with a small smirk of her own. "After all, we're in this adventure together."

Dominic smiled, and slowly lifted the red scarf higher. He slowly folded it into a loop, and held it up for Susan to see, dangling it teasingly in front of her eyes. Dom looked at the improvised silken cuffs, then at Susie, and took a deep breath.

He leaned in and whispered, “You have no idea how many naughty thoughts you’re giving me. So… ready?”

Waiting for her response, Dom gently nudged her to turn her back towards him, and carefully slipped her wrists into the loop. With a soft tug, he secured the scarf with a loose knot, and bound her hands behind her back. Dominic stepped closer to Susie, and put his hand on her belly, while tickling the curve of her neck with soft kisses.

“So, what do you think? Taking the other scarves with us, yay or nay?”

Susan nodded as Dominic nudged her to turn her back towards him and he loosely bound her hands behind her back. She felt a secret thrill, a grin on her lips as she looked over her shoulder as he moved towards and placed his hand on her belly, kissing the curve of her long neck.

"We're taking it all with us." Susan said with a small chuckle, turning her head a little more to kiss him gently. "I want to see what you're capable of, Dom."

Hearing Susie’s reply, Dom grinned and eagerly returned her kiss, before undoing the knot on her wrists with a swift tug. He teasingly whispered into her ear, “I will be as naughty as you want me to be, Susie,” his voice trailing off with the hint of a promise while he removed the scarf from her wrists. “Perhaps you’ll need to show me a thing or two, but I’ll try my best to keep up with you…”

With a happy smirk on his lips Dominic picked up the scarves they chose, and then he picked one more of each so they had a spare set to play around with. A few minutes later they were back on the street, carrying a small bag with their purchase, and continued their walk past the shops along the plaza.

"You know, this is a partnership, right?" Susan asked as they walked hand in hand past the other shops, the soft smile on her face showing just how happy that she was. "I don't want a lover that is beneath me or above me. I want someone that will love me and be there to support me. We can explore together and love one another no matter what. Maybe it's a silly little dream, but I can see myself being very happy with you, Dom."

“Yes, I know, Susie. And I don’t think it’s a silly dream. I guess all of us want to be happy, to have a family, to be loved. I know for sure I wouldn’t mind… Anyway, I’ll try to be all that for you, if you want me to.”

Dominic gently squeezed Susan’s hand as they walked past the stores and shops in the plaza. After they turned a corner, Dominic raised his hand and pointed to a baker’s shop a short distance away.

“You see that bakery over there? A colleague got her wedding cake from there. I still remember how sick I got after overeating on it, but it was just so delicious. I’m sure they have cheesecake and cherries... and whipped cream,” Dominic teased and chuckled a bit.

"I'm always up for a good dessert." Susan said with a grin towards Dominic as he mentioned cherries and whipped cream. "And something a little bit naughty."

She took his hand and let him lead the way. The smells coming from the shop were absolutely amazing. She looked over the racks of cookies and bars that were set out, mentally making a list of all of the things that she wanted to try.

"Maybe a few of the black and tans and chocolate chip cookies for later?" Susan asked, glancing towards Dominic as he was looking at the desserts as well. "Some cheesecake with cherries. We could eat for days on the things that are in your apartment. Or keep our energy up after a marathon session. Whatever we want."

With a soft chuckle on his lips, Dominic led Susan into the bakery. The warm scent of all kinds of fresh baked goods already filled their noses before they fully made it into the shop, and the various pieces were displayed in racks beneath the glass counter and on the wall behind it.

There were a few people in line, so the couple had some time to decide what they wanted. Susie suggested some chocolate cookies, which also looked absolutely delicious. “Yes, they also look great…” Her comment about a marathon session took him off guard for a second, and evoked a quite different image in his mind than what she probably meant. However, the idea of feeding Susie chocolate cookie pieces with his fingers after hours of making love with her certainly appealed to him.

Dom was so distracted, that he almost missed his spot in the queue, and started to blushed when the saleslady friendly asked him a second time what they wanted. He quickly placed their order, picking two pieces or cheesecake with cherry topping, four large chocolate chip cookies, and a cooled can of spray cream.

The cake and cookies were carefully placed in a stiff cardboard box, separated by a thin sheet of bakery paper. After paying with a simple gesture on the sleeve of his jumper, Dominic picked up the bag containing the box full of sweet temptations and the can of cream. “So… a marathon session you say?” he mused as they left the bakery, quirking a brow.

"A marathon." Susan said with a grin as they left the bakery with a bag full of goodies. "But only if my partner can keep up. I intend to run until I collapse."

She couldn't help snuggling up against his side, a sigh of contentment issuing from her lips. She had never felt so content in her life as she did when she was with Dominic. It was sudden, but electric and she knew that there was no where else that she would rather be.

Dominic laughed at Susan’s comment. “I somehow doubt I could keep up with you. I’m not much of a runner… but I could really get into some other kind of marathon,” he teased her, playfully bumping his hips against hers as they walked away from the bakery. “And afterwards I would spoil you, and feed you some treats…”

They had just turned a corner, when he continued, “But first we should return home. Then we can plan out the rest of the day, and indulge in whatever we want. Perhaps we can try out our new purchase? What do you say?”

"I think that's a plan that I can get on board with." Susan said with a smile as she leaned into Dominic's side with a content sigh. "Perhaps we could stop to see what the computer says about the tests that we were running at some point, but I'm happy just to let our afternoon run whatever course it decides to take."

Dominic softly pulled Susie against his side, enjoying their bodies bumping into each other while they walked back home through the park. He had missed this feeling so much, having a companion at his side. They had met not even two days ago, and yet it somehow felt as if they were made for each other.

When Susan mentioned the tests, his paranoia instantly hit him like a freight train. Luckily she didn’t go into any more detail, but it was enough to make Dominic look nervously, wondering if anyone was close enough to hear them.

He pulled Susie a bit closer, and whispered in her ear, “Shhh, don’t worry about that. All in good time. First, we’ll deal with the cake and the whipped cream…”

Susan felt Dominic suddenly grow tense and she knew that she had somehow messed up. She had completely forgotten about where they were and what they were doing when she mentioned the tests. It wasn't safe for any of them to be involved with what they were doing, but he lessened the blow by reminding her about their little adventures when they got home.

"You'll have to keep me honest, Dom." Susan said softly as she kissed his cheek by way of apology with a soft smile of her own. "I might forget from time to time."

“I’m not mad, Susie, don’t worry,” Dominic replied, breathing a soft sigh as she kissed his cheek. “We just need… to be more careful. We’ll discuss it when we get home, okay?”

He smiled at her, knowing exactly how foreign and disconcerting the whole situation had to be for her. They would both need some patience until they got used to it. But for the moment, he just wanted to get home again, and enjoy a lazy afternoon without worrying about the future too much.

The unlikely couple enjoyed the rest of way home arm in arm, their hips softly bumping against each other as they made their way through the park. They returned to the apartment building a little over two hours after they had left it.

Susan nodded as Dominic suggested that they would talk about things when they got home. She could accept that answer and she was content to simply walk with him back home. She was happy, content, and with a man that she was falling in love with. It made their walk back home much more enjoyable than it might have normally been.

Once they were back in the apartment, Susan took their food into the kitchen to put it away for the time being. She wanted to check in on the testing in the lab before they got too far lost in the pleasure that had been planned. She knew that once she was tied up in bed, neither one of them would want to think anything about the lab.

"Dom? Would you like some wine?" She called out to him, pulling out a bottle and two glasses as she waited for his answer.

Once they made it through the door, Cerberus welcomed them with his usual slightly synthetic voice, “Welcome home, Dominic and Susan.” Dominic watched Susie carry their desserts towards the kitchen, his eyes lingering on her softly swaying buttocks for a moment, while he recalled the memories from their passionate tryst the day before. He smiled and let out a soft sigh when Susie turned the corner and left his sight, and turned towards the bedroom.

Dom placed the bag with the scarfs on the large bed. Looking at their purchase, he wondered how much they would be using the scarfs, and what Susie had in mind with them. He took a deep breath and reminded himself that he and Susan would certainly become intimate again, and that he had no need to worry about sleeping with her. After another moment, Dominic pulled the jumper over his head, and started to shed the rest of his clothes. He changed back into the comfortable white t-shirt and grey sweatpants from before they went out, and made his way back to the kitchen.

Halfway there, he heard Susie call out to him, suggesting some wine. “Sounds good! I’m up for it,” he replied as he made his way into the open area. He walked up to Susie, and put his hands on hers. “How about you change into something more comfortable, and I’ll prepare the wine?”

Susan paused as Dominic appeared and told her to get comfortable while he poured the wine. She gave him a soft smile, squeezing his hands gently before she leaned in and kissed him gently.

"You're a good man, Dom." She murmured as the kiss ended and she pulled away from him. "I'll be right back."

She moved out of the kitchen and into the bedroom. Opening the drawers that had become her own, she pulled out an oversized t-shirt and a pair of shorts. She liked to be comfortable and her comfort clothes were decidedly un-sexy. Susan knew that Dominic wouldn't mind. He didn't need a show to think that she was sexy. That could be saved for special occasions.

When she moved back into the kitchen, she grinned to see the glass of wine waiting for her. Another kiss was pressed to Dominic's cheek as she took her glass and took a deep taste of the lovely liquid.

"You know, I think that I could get use to this." She said with a soft laugh. "A nice glass of wine and a man that I like."

Dominic closed his eyes and returned the kiss. Susie’s warm lips felt so good, and he absolutely would not have minded her maintaining the gentle kiss. His hands sought her shoulders, and tenderly held her within arms’ reach as they kissed. When Susan eventually pulled away, he released her with a soft, “Okay, I’ll be waiting here…,” and watched her leave the kitchen.

While waiting for Susan to return, Dominic prepared the glasses and uncorked the bottle. He retrieved a small aerator from one of the cupboards, and attached the small silvery tube-like accessory to the top of the bottle. After waiting for a few more moments, Dom slowly poured two glasses. He just put down the bottle, when Susie returned.

Dom smiled when she placed another kiss on his cheek, and lifted her glass. He raised his own glass, and took a sip from the wine, drawing in the sight of Susie. He liked that she wore casual and comfortable clothes, a large t-shirt and a pair of shorts, and did not feel obligated to dress in an overly sexy way for him. Her soft laugh and teasing comments made Dominic chuckle.

“Hey, you’re not the only one who could get used to this. I certainly don’t mind the company of a beautiful woman.” He smiled, and made a swift gesture over the kitchen’s bar counter towards the open area of the living room. “How about we sit down and relax a bit?”

"That sounds lovely." Susan as as he motioned to the living area and she moved in that direction.

She wanted to sit and snuggle up against Dominic as they talked about nothing in particular. Sex could wait, she thought to herself. She wanted to know what was on his mind. They were comfortable with one another already, but there was still so much that she didn't really know.

"So, where did you grow up?" She asked him as she took a seat on the couch, glancing towards him as she took another sip from her wine glass. "I think it's about time for me to be nosy about the man that I'm falling in love with."

Dominic casually walked into the open living room, and sat on the couch, waiting for Susie to join him. He smiled at her question, especially the follow-up, and took another sip on his own wine. “Let’s see if I can sate your curiosity…,” he teased her before starting to answer her question.

“I grew up mostly in or around Payson, Arizona. It’s a small city just about 100km, give or take, northeast of Phoenix. Spent my whole youth and early adulthood there, the whole package from school and high school, to college, to studying at the U of A. It’s a pretty relaxed area, typical small city with about 25 thousand people living there.”

“I don’t think there’s much else to say about Payson. Literally nothing ever happens there, it’s very peaceful. Not that I’m complaining, I’m really glad that my parents can spend their retirement – or soon retirement – in a safe place. I know that’s not terribly interesting. Guess you could say until… a few years ago my life was pretty boring.”

"And that's when your sister got messed up in all of this?" Susan asked softly as his tone turned slightly serious. "Well, despite all of that, it sounds like a lovely little life. I've called this city home for a long, long time. You have no idea how badly I've wanted to see what else there is out there to see. Never happened. Never enough money or enough time. Now, there's time but still no money."
