Somewhere between a dog's choke collar and a bike lock...ie, not gonna give when ya jerk on it, but not gonna strain a muscle carrying it around either. (Maybe a little strain is I hoist you up by it, but that's only to be expected from the position and the way the blood drains in your body.) <wink><EG> hehehe
