A few months ago, I changed my diet -- I pretty much cut out milk, butter, red meat, sugar and pasta. I started losing some excess fat, and now I'm down to my target weight. But in the process, I found that my normally pretty overactive libido all but disappeared, and I found I would go for days and days without the need to "relieve" myself, where before it would be a thrice or even fice daily event.
I started to think that maybe it was just age: After all I'm closer to 50 than 40. But then I wondered if it was my something missing in my diet. well, to cut a long story short, among the things I'd cut down on (not on purpose) was garlic. I used to have a lot of garlic with pasta, garlic with meat, garlic pizza. For some reason, as soon as I thought of it, I knew that garlic had been my Mojo food. So I've started chewing cloves of the stuff.
And it fucking works!
